Refund policy

Our return policy is 5 days, meaning you have up to 5 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. This does not apply to SALE items or CUSTOM orders.

- We do not offer cash refunds.

You can exchange your item for another available in our showroom, as long as it is the same design and size. Mixing sizes or styles is not allowed.

Exchange Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the item has an issue due to a manufacturing defect, the company will take full responsibility.

Important: All returns must be authorized in advance. To request a return, please contact us at katcowdesigns@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
